Just wanted to update you guys on my fitness progress. Tomorrow is week 1 day 3 of my c25k on the stationary. I'm enjoying it, on my rest days I still bike, but I just don't do interval training. I did 10 miles the other day. :)
I never thought I'd be here, things are only getting better, I've never been more ready for a change like this before in my life. I know a looooooong time ago I had mentioned (and then deleted the post) that I was considering going to school to become a nutritionist. I can't afford the debt, but I'd still love to help people in that way. My doc told me I should consider becoming a certified sports/fitness nutritionist. I could work in a gym and counsel people on eating for health and weight loss. I'm considering doing that once I get closer to goal. Maybe during my 3rd 4 month goal cycle.
A lot of things are going on right now, I don't want to get too into it, some of you are aware I'm looking for a second job, I'll be sure to update about my next interview as soon as I hear something. I think it's something you could all totally get behind. It's something I was terrified to even apply for to be totally honest, but..You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. -Wayne Gretzky

Anyhow, in case any of you haven't checked out my Personal Challenges/Goals page Last month I clocked 780 fitness minutes. I'm pretty excited, I would love to hit 900-1000 for this month. I'm going to crush my spark fitness goal.

Congrats. I'm glad things are going well for you... isn't it amazing when you realize that you're doing something that you never thought you would be able to?

780 Fitness Miles is awesome! Wow. I loved reading this post. A sports/fitness nutritionist sounds like an exciting goal to me. Good luck with the decisions and perhaps the funding to do what you want to do.
