I realized it made me cranky and with my unhealthy dieting history it had the potential to take me to a bad place. I have accepted that I'm stalling out. I've reduced my cals (after first trying to increase them also with no results), increased my exercise....nothing is happening and I've decided that is okay. I've had a steady 8-9+ lb loss every month for the last 7 months or so. This happens, stalls and plateaus, they happen and they are unfortunately a part of the process.
