This is just a page to give people info about what exactly it is that I'm doing and where it's gotten/getting me.
- So, I'm working on eating a diet that consists mostly of whole foods (fruits, veggies, and fresh juice 3 times a day for the first month) and after that, fruits, veggies, juice, and cooked veggies, eggs and milk.
- I eat a 99% whole foods diet. Which means the things I eat generally don't come from the frozen foods section, or in a box with ingredients stamped on the side that you can't pronounce. I cook almost everything from scratch, except if we go out to eat on the rare occasion.
- I do suffer from binge/emotional eating which I blog about a bit here and I am addressing these issues in therapy (for real this time) and it seems to be helping me.
